He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Burford and Vernadean Burford (Schick); and his siblings, Calvin, Charles, Richard Burford and Helen Schall.
He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Schweitzer; his children, Gwynn M Harahuc (Paul) of Struthers, Wendy J. Ardelean (Craig) of Leechburg, PA and Donald Lee Burford (Karina) of Riverside, WA; his grandchildren, Jerry Johnston (Heather), Jason Johnston (Jennifer), Anthony Johnston (Kelly), Chandra Buchanan (Tony), David Burford (Leslie), Timothy Burford (Amanda) and Anthony Mangee, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jessica, Madison, Hunter, Bailey, Noah, Hazel, Michael and Jasmine; and his friend Ronald Wilson (Joann) of Austintown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, a private service will be held for the family at Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, 11 Spring Street in Struthers with Reverend Brian Ethridge officiating.
