Waggoner (Struthers, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Panella and Josephine Mamone Panella; and her former husband Richard Liddle. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey; her husband Jack W. Waggoner; her sons, Chris, Richard Liddle of Poland, Jeff Liddle (Cindy) of San Antonio, TX and Christopher Liddle (Julie) of Poland; her brother Leonard Panella, Jr. of Denver, CO; her granddaughters, Jessica Wilson (Derek) of San Antonio, TX, Mary Liddle of Poland, Julia Liddle of Poland and Kate Liddle of Poland; and her nephews, Todd Panella (Jennell) of Denver, CO and Scott Panella (Meg) of Louisville, KY..
