He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaspar Francisco and Isidora Francisco (Vela); his wife Patricia Moorhead; his son Rick Francisco; his grandson J. J. Francisco; and his sister Isabel Stokan (John).
He is survived by: his children, Joe Francisco (Lynn) of Wimauma, FL, Gary Francisco (Anna Marie) of Youngstown and Pamela Fabian (Mike) of Poland; his brother Raymond Francisco (Jean) of Liberty; his grandchildren, Jessica Baur (Gerret), Joe Francisco (Ines), Megan Francisco, Matthew Francisco (Tiffany), Michael Fabian (Michelle) and Jamie Fabian (Eric Saboley); and his pet Josie. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
