She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Zanni and Lucille Zanni (Ferrante). She is survived by: her siblings, Anna Marie D'Abruzzi of Struthers, Lorraine Erison (Bob) of Bainbridge Township, Sally Ann Zanni of Struthers, Denise Zanni of Huron, Richard Zanni of Struthers and Robert Zanni (Dora) of Salem; and her aunt Mary Parisi. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; five great-nieces and great-nephews; and four great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

Memorial tributes may take the form of contributions in Carmella's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
