He is survived by: his wife Shirley Blackburn; his stepmother Yong Rybicki of Georgia; his children, Brenda Marshall (Charles) of Georgia, Andrea Mason of Struthers, Jeffrey Hunter of Struthers and Ryan Rybicki of Struthers; his sisters, Debra Horne (Robert) of Georgia and Rhonda Jenkins (Danny) of Georgia; his brother-in-law Kevin Greenawalt (Denise) of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Charles, Scott and Rebecca Marshall of Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
