He is survived by: his wife Michelle Booth Dickerhoof; his daughter Gabryell Stark (Codi) of Uhrichsville; his brother Paul Dickerhoof (Connie) of Strasburg; his niece Kimberly Koprivec (Mike); his nephews, Kyle Dickerhoof and Ray Thompson (Sherri); his great-nieces, Allison and Eva Koprivec; his mother-in-law Kandy Richardson of Canton; and his brother-in-law David Booth (Kerry Haney) of New Philadelphia.
