He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edwin and Anna Mary Stemler Carroll; and his brothers, Robert, Charles, James and Donald.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lou Carroll and Kenneth.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM. A vigil service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:45 PM at the Holy Rosary Church (204 Rosemont Ave, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (204 Rosemont Ave, Steubenville, OH 43952).
