He is survived by: his children, Samantha Elam (Adam), Jennifer McKenzie (Sam Scarbary) and Noah Clark; his grandchildren, Matthew Lindsey, Kara Bragg, David Lindsey, Michael Shanks, Cody Register, Chris McKenzie, Jr., Julian McKenzie and Marshall McKenzie; his great grandchild Elizabeth Wilson; his brother Mark Applegate; and his niece Heather Mowery. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other family members.
