With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George M. Simons of Springfield, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 18, 2024 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George M. Simons to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Simons and Adelaide Simons (Schneider); and his siblings, Joe, Angela and Barbara Gillette.

He is survived by: his wife Dolores (Lowe); his children, Lisa Simons-Clark (James), Lori Thompson (Chris) and Jason Simons (Mindy); and his grandchildren, Ethan, Abby (Tyler), Katie, Austin, Sarah and Finn. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Bernard Church or the American Cancer Society.
