She was predeceased by: her father Roy Marvin; her former husband Gerald F. Lipscomb; her husband Enoch "Duke" Mullins; and her sisters, Jo and Janet.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Lipscomb (Marty), Doug Lipscomb (Connie), Randy Mullins (Reba) and Greg Mullins (Dottie); her grandchildren, Heather, Michael (Allena), Marcus (Jennean), Jheri (Robbie), Adam (Jennifer), Miranda and Emma (Logan); her sister Peggy Ellis (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Norma King (Don). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tapestry Senior Living in Springboro or the Day City Hospice.
