He is survived by: his wife Tina Sloan; his daughter Trisha Fares (Chris); his sister Gaye Gourley; his granddaughters, Brittany Baker, Baylie Greene (Matthew) and Alyssa Fares; his father-in-law Charles Meade; and his brothers-in-law, Fred Meade (Sharon), Kenny Meade, Dennis Meade (Celeste) and David Meade (Beth). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
