It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Faye Campbell of Springboro, Ohio, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on July 17, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Herschel Campbell; and her siblings, Clinton Campbell, Jennifer Dean Miller and Stanley Campbell. She is survived by: her children, Paula Collins and Clint Collins (Shellie); her pet Nikki; her grandchildren, Jennifer Glackin (Josh), Regan Fitzpatrick, Ricky Barker (Kate) and Sarah Ali (Shoaib); her great grandchildren, Kenzie, Zaine, Nolan, Amauri, Emme and Myla; her siblings, Kathi Campbell and Scott Campbell (PJ); and her cousin Wawa. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
