He is survived by: his sister Kay Livingston (John) of Arlington; his nieces, Kate Mason (Chris) of Arlington, Kristen of Covington Kentucky, Marissa of Bowling Green and Jenna of Bowling Green; his nephew Michael of Hilliard; and his great-nieces, Lexi and Carlee Mason.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the West Ohio Food Bank or to the Allen County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
