He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Martin and Ida Martin (Wieging); and his siblings, Leroy'Pep' Martin (Ginny), Jim Martin (Patty), Velma Altenburger (Jerome 'Whitey'), Joan Wessell (Ronnie) and Bernice Rieger (George).
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Martin (Linda) of Delphos, Jack Martin (Martha) of Van Wert, Jane Stirn (Barry) of Elida and Joyce Casey (Mike) of Scott, LA.; and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Dana, Abbey, Nancy, Cindy, Tammy, Julie, Kyle, Erin, Jena, Megan, Michelle, Matt and Maria. He is also survived by twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
