It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda J. Bowen (Spencer, Ohio), born in Lodi, Ohio, who passed away on April 28, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Rowe and Bertha Rowe (Storm); her husband David Bowen; her brother Eldon; her daughter-in-law Kathleen Bowen; and her sister-in-law Virginia Rowe.
She is survived by: her sons, David E. Bowen of Homerville, Douglas Bowen (Marge) of Huntington, Gary Bowen (Sharon) of Creston and Mark Bowen of Spencer; her grandchildren, Douglas (Dougie), Brian (Lisa), Tina (Shon), Kelly (Jerry) and Alexis (Matt); her great grandchildren, Austin, Tyler, Isabella, Brayden, Alana, Avery, Brielle, Carter, Lilly and Bailey; and her siblings, Beverly Seibert (Ed) of Lake Placid, FL and Gene Rowe of Winter Haven, FL..
