She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Wezgrai and John Wezgrai; her husband Robert Rankin; and her sister Deanna Richwalski. She is survived by: her sons, Gregg Hertzlieb (Danielle) and Steve Herzlieb; her siblings, Jan Wezgrai (Dianne) and Lynellyn Miller; and her grandsons, Jackson and Wyatt Herzlieb.
