She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tippett and Ora Tippett (Cox); and her husband Joseph S. Bailey. She is survived by: her daughters, Jo Alice Povolny (Don) and Linda Shannon (Michael); her granddaughters, Rebecca DeWeese (Pete) and Rachel Terlop (Chris); and her great grandchild Josephine Byrd DeWeese. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
