He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dewar and Helen Dewar (Homola); and his brother Craig Dewar. He is survived by: his wife Linda Warner; his children, Jason Dewar (Laura) and Jennifer Dewar; his grandchildren, Hunter, Brayden and Ariah; and his sister Cathleen Taylor (David).
