He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Ensign and Clyde Ensign. He is survived by: his wife Earnestine; his sons, Dale, William (Diana) and Brian Ensign (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Dallas, Nathan, Latasha, Jeremiah, Krystle, Bailey and Maggie. He is also survived by his 10 great-grandchildren.
