She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Seymour and Cora Blanche Ensign (Welsh); and her siblings, Walter, George, Leroy, Chuck, Harold, Merlin, Donald "Jake" Ensign, Florence Ensign, Hazel Rainsburg, Lucille Dunbar, Bertha Hopkins and Margaret Rayner.
She is survived by: her husband George Thomas Siman; her children, Linda Metheney, Dale Siman and Judy Siman; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Nicole, Madison and Olivia; and her brother Frank Ensign.
