She was predeceased by: her father Willard Smith; her daughter Michelle Chapman; her granddaughters, Adalyn and Rylee; and her mother-in-law Roberta Sumpter.
She is survived by: her mother Barbara Smith (Kiser); her husband Rob Sumpter; her children, Don Chapman (Lisa) and Kristi Phillips (John); her grandchildren, Cadin (Larissa), Owen, Coltan, Madison and Mallory; and her siblings, Diane Hatch (Gary) and Gerry Smith (Cherie). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and friends.
