She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Hartley and Betty Hartley (Coyle); her brother Paul E. Hartley; and her husband Donald Hackworth. She is survived by: her children, Tonya Leighty (Tim) of South Point, OH, Pete Hackworth (Teresa) of Huntington, WV and Dawn Brown (Glenn); her grandchildren, Ashlee Burd (Matt), Brett, Tyler (Ally), Matthew Hackworth (Charly), Daniel, Donnie Brown and Danielle Freeze (Corwin); and her great grandchildren, Landry, Maci Rae, Kylee, Kenlee, Connor, Braydon and Jayce. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
