She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lee Hammonds and Alma Gibson; her husband Kermit Swartzwelder; her son Carl Swartzwelder; and her daughter-in-law Geni Swartzwelder.
She is survived by: her son Scott Swartzwelder (Kay) of Deering, OH; her grandchildren, Heather, Brandon Swartzwelder (Brittany), Megan Tripp (Derek), Aaron Stewart (Becky) and Anna Jenkins (Jared); and her great grandchildren, Sylas, Peyton, Acaida, Zeke Swartzwelder, Kennedy, Weston Tripp, Kiser, Dax Jenkins and Olivia Harr. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
