She is survived by: her sons, Joey Lewis (Miranda) and Michael Lewis (Drew Naftzger); her grandchildren, Adreanna Newcomb (Billy), Shaylin Lewis, Barbie Carpenter (Josh) and Aspyn Naftzger-Lewis; her great grandchildren, Autumn Newcomb and Bryleigh Carpenter; and her sister Vickie Gentry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
