He is survived by: his wife Gail Beaver Seagraves; his children, Robyn Seagraves Adkins (Mike) of Proctorville, OH and Greg Seagraves (Cathy) of South Point, OH; his siblings, Anna Jean Stevens of Ashland, KY, Betty Lou Wilburn of Ashland, KY, Vickie Fraley of Ashland, KY and Leroy Seagraves of Ashland, KY; and his grandchildren, Jacob Seagraves (Meagan), Chelsie Seagraves (Trevor Rogers), Amanda Adkins (Chris Blake), Miranda Vititoe Wood (Bubba), Candice Adkins, Meagan Adkins Crawford (Darius) and Nichole Zamarron (Jeremy). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
