He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Smith and Marguerite Kaberlein Smith. He is survived by: his wife Rita Ann Smith; his sons, Andrew Smith (Andrea) of Columbus, OH and Matthew Smith (Kathy) of Westerville, OH; and his grandchildren, Isaiah, Alexis Smith, Gwen and Eddie Smith.
