She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Clark and Helen Powers Clark; her siblings, Wanda Harmon, Billy Clark, Bobby Clark and James Monroe Clark; and her grandson Scottie Seagraves.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Sullins (Jeff), Jackie Hale and Matthew Hale; her siblings, Sharon Massie, Cathy Slone, Terry Clark, Tim Clark and Jeff Clark; her grandchildren, Ashley Sites, Olivia Sites, Alexa Sites and Brycen McCann; and her great grandchild Isaiah Sites.
