She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rev. Wilbur, Etha Mae Wells, Frank and Minerva Sizemore. She is survived by: her husband Julian Denver "J. D." Mentz; her brothers, Roger A. Sizemore of Taplin, WV and Sheldon Sizemore (Dee) of Hewell, WV; her stepchildren, Austin Mentz of South Point, OH and Chelsea Bowen (Chris) of Ashland, KY; her aunts, Carol Evans (Landrum), Linda Leese (George), Marilyn "Anney" Cobb (David) and Anita Stapleton (Colen); and her uncle Sheldon Wells (Margaret). She is also survived by many cousins along with a host of other relatives and friends.
