She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Whitey" Howard; her daughter Eileen Baker; and her siblings, Jerry Collins, Jim Collins, Laurie Armstrong, Emma McMillan and Charlene Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Buchanan (Lavonda) of Morrow, Christopher Buchanan of South Lebanon, Ted Buchanan of South Lebanon, Karen Buchanan (Darius Scott) of Lebanon, Lola Thompson (David) of Sweeny, TX, Lisa Hatfield (Alex Cisneros) of Maineville and Melinda Dugan (Gary Robbins) of Springfield, OH. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
