She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. O. Farthing and Della Mae; her daughter Johnetta Warren; and her siblings, Norma Jean Young, Gloria Mae Farthing, Steven, Peter, Guy and Charles.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Warner of Winchester and Kathy Bowman of Lebanon; and her grandchildren, Mary Lee, Harold, Carey and Rebecca. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of South Lebanon, in memoriam of Daisie.
