She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth W. Westveer. She is survived by: her husband Brian; her mother Rita Westveer (Parrish); and her siblings, Amy Koch (Michael), Gerard Westveer (Joyce) and Douglas Westveer (Laura).

Mary Kay became actively involved with the House of Champions in Cleveland and in lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to House of Champions, 2066 W. 47th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44102.
