He is survived by: his sons, Randy Castle (Beth) of Sidney and Dustin Ball of Sidney; his siblings, Doris Kast of Sidney, Lora Shadley of Kenton, John Castle of Sidney, Donny Castle of Rhode Island and Wayne "Shorty" Blair of Florida; and his granddaughter Angel Castle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Thomas' honor may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
