He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Lance Pennell of Wooster; his children, Mary Ann Haffly (Jim) of Scottsboro, AL, Ray and David Pennell (Kimberly) of Wooster; his grandsons, Jacob and Jared; his stepchildren, Nathan, Brennan (Nicole), Justin, Cameron, Adrianne and Evan; and his brother Roger Pennell (Janet) of Shreve.
