Duane Middaugh Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Middaugh of Shreve, Ohio, who passed away on December 4, 2020 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Paul and Kenny. He is survived by: his significant other Iris Lemon; his daughters, Constance Rhodes and Wendy Hargraves (Zack); his stepchildren, Jeff White (Tonya), Steve White (Kim) of Ashland and Eddie Kinser; his grandchild Iris'; and also, Gloria Dotson (Dan) of Sterling and Nancy Bowles of Glenmont.
