He was predeceased by: his siblings, Walter, Jr., Joe, Charles, Aleen, Irene, Mary, Ruth, Doris and Lois.
He is survived by: his pet Heidi; his sons, Russell James, Jr. (Laurie) of Sheffield Lake and Steve James (Terri) of Sheffield Village; and his grandchildren, Carolyn Coy (Tom) of Avon Lake, Russell James III (Sarah), Megan Coy, Amanda Lee (Casey), Justin Coy (Hannah), Amy James, Chantel James, Tiffany Bilski (Ricky) and Dillon James. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
