He is survived by: his sons, John S. (Laura, MD) of Shaker Heights, Andrew S. (Cara Cuddy) of Shaker Heights and Thomas B. (Elizabeth) of Hudson, Ohio; and his wife Margaretta (Sally). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions to an organization of their choice.
