He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Gall and Helen Gall. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sons, Nicholas Thomas and Christopher Paul; his brothers, Paul (Kathy) and Michael; his mother-in-law Louise Nicholas; and his siblings-in-law, Jim (Lisa), Marty (Barb), John (Sue) and Leanne (Steve). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends.
