She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Price; and her brother John Louis Price. She is survived by: her father John D. Price (Sylvia Little); her sister Karen Stipkovich (Daniel Prentiss); her sister-in-law Katherine Price; her nieces and nephews, John Eric Price (Natalie), Isaac Coakley (Stephanie), Meredith Garman (Michael), Cassandra Schroeder (Jason), Kyle Stipkovich (Julie Stipkovich) and Kristen Stipkovich (Jason Sallade); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Amelia, Kientzy, Benjamin, Ellie, Henry, Emma, Otto and Riley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Shirley's name to the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association or the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research.
