He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Carl and Hattie May Mitchell (Bagley); his son Jeffery Mitchell; and his brother Robert Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Mitchell (Kemp); his children, Michael Mitchell, Daniel Mitchell (Darlene), Tracey Rose, David Mitchell (Dawna), Stephanie Bell (Richard) and Scott Miller (Christina); and his sister Judith Vercher. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
