He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Perry, Johnny Allen Perry (Chris) and Gary Wayne Lasko; his sisters, Evelyn Perry and Lois Ann Fry (Jeff); and his niece Kristie Baker. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
