He is survived by: his children, Brandon Phalsgraff of Orrville, David Phalsgraff of Lodi, Richelle Phalsgraff of Seminole, FL, Tara Burrows of Lodi and Brianna Donner of Lodi; his grandchildren, Jayden Gentry, Wyatt and Kensley Phalsgraff; and his siblings, Daniel Phalsgraff of Lodi and Bernadette Gibbs of Massillon.
