She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Samples and Pearl Samples; her son Roger Dean; her grandson Brian; her nephew James Burton; and her siblings, Stanley, Guy, Virginia "Ginny", Opal and Eileen.
She is survived by: her husband Tracy Hanshaw; her children, Pam Kerney (Danny) of Ashtabula, Terry Hanshaw of Seville, Sandy Warner (Walter) of Spencer, Theresa Plevny (Dan) of Parma, Larry "Brooks" Hanshaw (Sheila) of East Lake and MawMa; her grandchildren, Scott, Tracy Lynn, Kelly, Troy, Christina, Jason, Andy, Joshua, Ben, James, Zac, Nick and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Maureen, Chase, Ezra, Silas, Hope, Nathan, Dacey, Rachel Ella, Lincoln and Brooke; and her siblings, George "Bucky" Samples, Ethel "Sis" Mullins and Ophelia "Puggy" DeBoard.
