He was predeceased by: his sister Jean Zickefoose. He is survived by: his wife Martha "Beth"; his children, Duane Clatworthy, Debra Grubb (William) and Cheryl McInturff (Dale); and his grandchildren, Gabriel and Jocelyn McInturff. He is also survived by three nieces.
