He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Holloway; his siblings, Mary Lynn Ferrall (Kent), Dianne Walker (Don), Jeanne Lynch (Mike) and Larry Hertel (Valerie); and his cousins, Joyce Fisher (Russ) and Janice Chase (Alan). He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews; twenty-one great-nieces and nephews.
