She was predeceased by: her parents, David Clyde and Hazel Lucille Wright (Holwick); her husband Arthur W. Votaw; her daughter Jill Molnar; and her granddaughter Angie Horvath.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan David Votaw (Darlene) of Salem and Jeffrey Lee Votaw (Dorothy) of Sebring; her son-in-law Rick Molnar of New Springfield; and her brother Karl Wright of Salem. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
