He was predeceased by: his son Daniel James Johnson (Danny); his parents, Jess Sherman Johnson and Carrie Louise Johnson; and his father-in-law John Cipriani. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Marion Johnson; his daughter Jennifer Lynn Fetters; his son-in-law Jodie Fetters; his son Richard Wayne Johnson Jr. (Ricky); his grandchildren, James Wayne Johnson, Jesse Caleb Fetters, Jerame Nicholas Fetters and Trevor Wayne Johnson; his great grandchildren, Lucy Lynn Fetters and James Karter Johnson; and his mother-in-law Mary Cipriani. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
