He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Joseph Noppert; his wife Rosemary "Rosie" Noppert; his children, Tara Egan (Edward), Joseph Noppert (Rachel), James Noppert (Melissa) and Jonathan Noppert; his grandchildren, Aiden Egan, Joseph Jr., Kylee Noppert, Carson and Layla Noppert; his mother Katheryn "Katie" Noppert; and his siblings, Janice Fliehman, Denise Cannon and Robin Noppert. He was also cherished by his family and many friends.
Memorials may be made in Dennis's honor to the SPARC 2 (Sayler Park Auto Racing Club).
