She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam P. Simon and Gladys May Simon; her husband David A. Mitchell; and her siblings, Alice Massey, Ray Simon, Jack Simon and Carl Simon.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Dunn (late Richard), June Williams (Richard) and William Mitchell (Deborah); and her grandchildren, Becky Greene, Renee Dunn, Rick Dunn, Heather Nash, Carissa Sizemore and Nicole Kinney. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
