He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kramer (Dougan); his children, Kristine Richards (Brian) of Hinsdale, IL, Caroline Omlor (Michael) of Clarkston, MI, Todd Kramer (Erica) of Fishers, IN and William Kramer of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Conor, Grace, Finn, Sean, Gianna, Roland and Victoria; and his siblings, Kathleen Van Sickle (Bill Tordi) of Huron and James Kramer (Sue) of Huron. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
