With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verda Turner Jr. in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Verda Lee Turner Sr. and Carrie Turner (Taylor); his wife Jodi Turner; his siblings, Ellis Turner and Annie Turner; his brother-in-law David Taylor; and his grandparents, Elmore, Pearlie Turner, Bill and Minnie Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Alex Turner, Brent, Samantha Stevenson of Atlanta, GA and Shanika Ward; his granddaughters, Lala Allsop of Atlanta, GA and Stella Allsop of Atlanta, GA; and his sisters, Virginia Taylor of Sandusky, Ethel McKeller of Sandusky, Minnie Donald (Ronnie) of Millry, AL, Carrie Frost of Millry, AL and Stella Sims (Willie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
